The company xhsConsulting was founded in 2005 by the former airline manager Peter H Thoele in order to build a new platform for airline customer services, especially in cooperation with Lufthansa Consulting GmbH and Lufthansa Systems AG and other international IT companies for whom the company acts as a sub-contractor in many international airline projects.

The vast experience guarantees a high quality of service in all fields. Wherever needed, additional ressources are provided from partner companies, many of whom are specialized in airline subjects. The profound airline process knowledge can easily be adapted to the circumstances in your airline and then result in best practice proposals for restructuring as well as in concepts for complete reshuffles, such like implementation of an ERP system, especially in respect to the process development for SAP implementation in airlines.

Many projects were performed during the carrier of Mr Thoele and in cooperation with other airline consulting companies and airline industry bodies such like IATA or SITA.
